1. Who we are. Easy CE is an educational service operated by Untethered Adventures Canada Corp. This policy describes how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information through easyce.ca and related learning services.

2. Information we collect. Depending on how you use the site, we may collect your name, email address, contact information, account credentials managed by our platform, course enrollments, lesson progress, assessment results, completion records, support messages, marketing preferences, and basic website usage or device information. When purchases are enabled, payment providers process payment details; Easy CE should not request full payment card information by email.

3. Why we use it. We use information to provide and secure accounts and courses; manage enrollments, assessments and completion records; respond to support requests; administer purchases and refunds when enabled; meet applicable legal or accreditation obligations; improve the learning experience; and send promotional or deadline-reminder emails when you have provided the necessary consent or another lawful basis applies.

4. Email preferences. Marketing and reminder emails will identify Easy CE and provide an unsubscribe method. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time. Transactional messages necessary to administer an account or course may still be sent where permitted.

5. Service providers. We use technology providers, which may include Kajabi, email delivery, analytics and payment services, to operate the website. They may process information on our behalf in Canada or other countries, subject to their service arrangements and applicable law.

6. Disclosure. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers as needed to operate the service; to regulators or accrediting bodies when required for approved-course administration; or when legally required.

7. Retention. We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and to meet applicable legal, tax, dispute-resolution or accreditation recordkeeping obligations. Course records may be subject to specific regulator retention rules. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize or securely dispose of it.

8. Security. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect personal information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong password and do not send sensitive payment details through ordinary email.

9. Access and correction. You may request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request.

10. Cookies and analytics. The website and its service providers may use cookies or similar technologies for login sessions, site functionality, performance and analytics. Browser settings may allow you to manage cookies, though disabling essential cookies may affect course access.
