CURRENT AVAILABILITY
Online payments and course purchases are not currently available. Any future paid offer will display its price, included courses, access period, renewal conditions (if any), and refund terms before checkout.
PRICING AND CURRENCY
Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes, if any, will be shown before payment is confirmed.
COURSE ACCESS
Access begins when the purchase is successfully processed and the learner receives the applicable enrollment instructions. The duration of access will be displayed on the offer page before purchase.
REFUNDS
For future purchases, refund eligibility and the request process will be stated on the checkout page before payment. Where a purchase is eligible for a refund, learners may request one by emailing [email protected] with their name, purchase email, course or offer name, purchase date and reason for the request. Refunds, where approved, will ordinarily be returned through the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times.
TECHNICAL ACCESS PROBLEMS
If a learner cannot access purchased content, Easy CE will first work to restore access. Where access cannot reasonably be provided, the learner may request a remedy or refund, subject to applicable law.
ACCREDITATION STATUS
Easy CE will not represent a course as approved for Alberta CE credit unless the relevant approval is confirmed. Any purchase page will identify the courseā€™s accreditation status at the time of sale.
