TERMS OF USE
Last updated: October 29, 2026
1. About these terms. These Terms of Use govern access to the Easy CE website and any courses or services offered through it. “Easy CE,” “we,” and “us” refer to the Easy CE education service operated by Untethered Adventures Canada Corp. By accessing the site or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Educational purpose. Easy CE provides professional learning resources. Course material is general education, not legal advice, an insurance coverage determination, or a substitute for reviewing current legislation, insurer wording, underwriting requirements, or employer procedures. Learners remain responsible for their professional decisions.
3. Accreditation and CE credits. A course earns Alberta insurance CE credit only if it has received the applicable approval and the learner satisfies all applicable requirements. A course labelled “Approval pending” does not award CE credit. No credit, licence renewal or regulator acceptance is guaranteed. Check the individual course page for its current status.
4. Accounts and access. You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep login credentials confidential, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized account use. Course access is personal to the registered learner and may not be shared, resold or transferred without our written consent.
5. Acceptable use. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, impersonate another person, or reproduce and distribute course content beyond the licence provided for your personal learning.
6. Intellectual property. Course stories, lessons, assessments, images and other original materials are owned by Easy CE or used with permission, except where otherwise stated. Enrollment grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased materials for personal professional education during the stated access period.
7. Course availability and changes. We may correct errors, update content, or modify course delivery to maintain accuracy and functionality. Material changes affecting an existing purchase will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
8. Assessments and completion. Learners must complete any required lessons and assessments themselves. We may investigate suspected misuse or assessment irregularities and correct inaccurate records. Any certificate or completion document is subject to the course’s published requirements and applicable regulatory rules.
9. Pricing, purchases and refunds. Where purchases are enabled, displayed prices and the applicable purchase terms will be shown before payment. Refunds are governed by the Purchase & Refund Policy in effect at purchase, subject to applicable consumer protection law.
10. Third-party services. The website may use third-party services, including Kajabi and payment processors. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked for reference.
11. Privacy. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Service interruptions. We aim to keep services accessible but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Contact Student Support if a technical problem affects your learning.
13. Liability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Easy CE is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of educational content or temporary service interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Changes to terms. We may update these terms. The revised version and effective date will be posted on this page.
15. Governing law and contact. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Alberta, Canada, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
